This page explains how Kept Light Studios LLC handles information on this website, in the current Candlelight development build, and when you contact us.

Candlelight

Candlelight is in development. The current game has no account sign-in, advertisements, in-app purchases, or analytics SDK. It does not send gameplay events or saved scores to a remote service.

The game stores progress on your device, including Best Vigil, room progress, and Daily Vigil progress. These records do not sync to a server or across devices. Removing local app data, or clearing site data for a browser preview, can remove your progress.

This information describes the current game. We will update this page before release if its data practices change. Testing services such as Apple TestFlight may separately collect diagnostic information under their own privacy terms.

This website

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms, or embedded third-party media to this website. Images and styles are served with the site.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and request times to deliver and protect the website. Their handling of this information is described in the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you email the studio, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to reply, investigate issues, and provide support. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. See Google’s privacy information.

We retain correspondence as needed to handle your request and maintain relevant business records. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.

Your questions and requests

For privacy questions or to request deletion of information you have sent us, email support@keptlightstudios.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required by law.
